To request a refund of registration fees please send an email with the subject line "REFUND" and the players name, grade and Head Coaches name to [email protected]
 

The body of the email should state why you are withdrawing your player and arrangements must be made to return equipment before a refund can be issued.

Refund Checks and Payouts can take up to TWO weeks to process depending on the time the refund in requested. You must request a refund in writing and receive a confirmation.

Before 7/1

• 90% refund of the total amount paid on behalf of the player. We do not give 100% fee because once you register there is administrative tasks peformed which incur costs.

Between 7/1 and 7/22, 2024

• If attending training at KC Athlete before 7/22, allowable refund goes to 50%.
• If not attending training before 7/22, 75% refund of the total amount paid on behalf of the player.

From First Day of Practice to the 08/18

• 50% refund of the total amount paid on behalf of the player.

No refunds will be issued after  08/18/2024, regardless of reason.

If you register or sign up to play for a Missouri Wolverines Team after 08/18/2024 there are no refunds for fees of any kind.

***If any equipment was special ordered for a player who committed to playing for the Missouri Wolverines Youth Football Club, such as a larger or smaller helmet, jersey or game pants then NO REFUND will be issued.

***NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL ALL OF THE MISSOURI WOLVERINES EQUIPMENT THAT WAS ISSUED TO THE PLAYER IS RETURNED.

***NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY PLAYER WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN ACTIVITY AGAINST ORGANIZATION POLICIES, SUCH AS INVOVLED IN TEAM ORGANIZED PRACTICES BEFORE OUR START DATE OF 07/22/2024, PARTICIPATING IN UNAUTHORIZED FUNDRAISERS (any fundraiser using the Missouri Wolverines name where players wear merchandise or indicate they play for the Missouri Wolverines and take a donation where it is assumed the donation was made to the Missouri Wolverines MUST have approval from the Missouri Wolverines Board of Directors). PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE MISSOURI WOLVERINES BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE ANY PLAYER'S REQUEST FOR A REFUND.

***Also the Missouri Wolverines reserve the right to decline any refund if it is found that any of our gear was used to practice with any other team or organization.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY: You hereby understand and acknowledge that all civil disputes between the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. and any and all affiliated parties will be subject to binding arbitration in the locale of the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. Office in Kansas City, Missouri in accordance with Missouri law under the guidelines and rules of the American Arbitration Association. As a participant within the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. you hereby agree that this binding arbitration shall be in lieu of any litigation by and between yourself, Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. and any and all affiliated parties. You also understand and agree that if you contest any decision or ruling of the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. and seek other recourse, that you will reimburse Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. for all legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs.  If any portion of this form shall be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the reminder shall remain in full force and effect.

***REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN FOR FEES... AT NO TIME WILL WE REFUND APPAREL OR MERCHANDISE THAT WAS PURCHASED.
